Files that are loaded when you download the ACS Service Center Java Client
ACS ServiceCenter Java Client puts the following files onto the client machine during installation unless otherwise noted

  jbird.jar - Java class files necessary to run the ACS Service Center Java Client. May be compressed or uncompressed depending on the browser     

swingsc.jar - Java GUI library the ACS Service Center Java Client uses. May be compressed or uncompressed depending on the browser

bitmaps.zip - Bitmaps the ACS Service Center Java Client uses. During installation, the installation wizard performs an uncompresss to this file, unzips its bitmaps into the <Install Location>/Bitmaps folder, and then deletes the .ZIP file
scoicon.exe - (SC 4.0 and later only) Executable to support attachments on Windows clients only
SCJVersions.properties - Version properties file
scjpref.ini - Preferences properties file created when the ACS Service Center Java Client runs successfully for the first time
After The download is complete the file locations depend on the browser type  and operating system.The ACS Service Center Java Client installation does not change the Windows registry. To remove the ACS Service Center Java Client from any client machine, point the client browser at the Uninstall Java Client link found at http://selfservice.acsonline.com/java/
